Paperweek Agenda for iPhone and iPad · Last updated: 23 October 2026
In short: we don't collect any data. Paperweek has no server, no account, no ads, no analytics and no tracking, and it contains no third-party code. What you write stays on your device — or, if you turn on sync, in your own iCloud account.
What stays on your device
Your entries (notes, tasks, events), day pages, drawings, photos and stickers you add, categories and settings are stored in the app's database on your iPhone or iPad. Paperweek's widgets read the same on-device database. We never receive a copy.
iCloud sync (optional)
iCloud sync is off by default and is part of Pro. If you turn it on, your planner is synced through Apple's CloudKit to the private database of your own Apple account. This data is handled by Apple under Apple's Privacy Policy; we cannot access it.
Purchases
The Pro subscription is sold through the App Store. Payment is processed by Apple; we don't receive your name, payment details or Apple ID. The app only checks on your device whether a Pro subscription is active.
Permissions the app may ask for
| Notifications | Only if you set a reminder. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device; there is no push server. |
|---|---|
| Calendar | Only when you use “Import from Calendar” (Pro). The app reads the events you choose to import and copies them into your planner. It doesn't change your calendar. |
| Photos | Photos are added with the system photo picker, so the app only receives the photos you pick — it doesn't get access to your library. Picked photos are stored in your planner on your device. |
| Face ID | Optional app lock. Face ID is handled by iOS; the app only learns whether unlocking succeeded. Your PIN is stored as a salted hash in this device's Keychain. |
Siri, Shortcuts and exports
If you use Siri or Shortcuts, your request is processed by Apple under Apple's privacy terms. PDF, CSV and backup files are created on your device and only go where you choose to share or save them.
Children
Paperweek doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If the app's behaviour changes in a way that affects your privacy, we'll update this page and the date above before that version is released.
